In order to establish the atmosphere of honesty, trustworthy and fair competition, create controlled release mechanism of preventing from business bribe, maintain lawful benefit of country, supplier and our company, avoid all kinds of getting out line, discipline and irregularity behavior happening, for this situation, we take into account carefulness and decide to declare as follows:
1. Supplier should comply with country law and code strictly, abide by IQE system and sign Probity Cooperation Responsibility Contract with IQE, supplier mustn't offer discount, gift certificate, securities, and present and so on to IQE staff. We stick to the principle of honesty, trustworthy and fair competition, establish the atmosphere of criterion, clarity and harmony in commercial intercourse.
2. IQE staff comply with country law and code strictly, prohibit business bribe and illegal competition and mustn¡¯t receive any others¡¯ cash, securities and payment voucher and so on. According to the routine of business activity, supplier should get our company approval if need present gifts or treat our staffs.
3. Suppliers should take effective measures to prevent from happening and report on this condition. Besides, suppliers should also provide assistance and advantage condition to our company so that we investigate things.
